Terms of service

Orders

An order is confirmed when we confirm it with you. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if you paid online, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Taka. Online payments are processed by the payment provider you choose.

Delivery

We deliver within Bangladesh. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Wrong or damaged items

Report a wrong, damaged or faulty item within 2 days of delivery as described on Delivery & returns. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

Refused deliveries

Please order only what you intend to receive. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may lead us to ask for the delivery charge in advance on future orders.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
