To maintain our bond of trust with our customers, Libsun.com offers a return and refund policy for cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly designed.

1. Conditions for Returns & Replacements

You may return your item if it meets the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 02 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from any tampering, along with a picture or video proof.
  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
  • The product is subject to inspection and approval by the Amora team before refund/replacement is processed.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
  • Shipping charges and COD convenience charges are non-refundable.

2. Reasons for Returns & Replacements

You may return or request a replacement for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size mismatch for clothing (only if the delivered item’s size does not match the invoice; otherwise, no refund or replacement will be considered).
  • Color mismatch for clothing.
  • Wrongly printed clothing (e.g., front/back design mismatch, incorrect design, or incorrect design placement).
  • Incorrect product sent.

3. How to Return

  • Contact Amora Customer Care by messenger/Facebook Page within 02 days of receiving your order.
  • After we receive your return request, we will conduct a quality check of the product.
  • If the reason for return is valid, we will proceed with replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after evaluating your return.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • For online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer), refunds will be credited back to the respective payment method.
  • If an online payment is duplicated due to a technical error, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to process. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at messerger for assistance.
